Draft released for Australia’s health and medical research strategy
Feedback is welcome through submissions, webinars, workshops, and roundtables.
The Australian government has released a draft of the country’s first national health and medical research strategy for consultation.
The government is seeking feedback on the draft strategy from the research community through submissions, webinars, workshops, and roundtables.
Rosemary Huxtable, Chair of the strategy, developed the draft in consultation with the health and medical research sector.
Meanwhile, researchers, clinicians, health care professionals, policymakers, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representatives, and consumers have all provided insights.
The final strategy is scheduled to be delivered to the government by the end of the year.
