Acıbadem Healthcare acquires 80% stake in Bayındır Group
Facilities under the group will operate under the “Acıbadem-Bayındır” brand.
Acıbadem Healthcare Group has acquired an 80% stake in Bayındır Healthcare Group, a subsidiary of Türkiye İş Bankası.
Following the acquisition, the three hospitals and six dental clinics under the group will operate under the “Acıbadem-Bayındır” brand.
A signing ceremony was held to formalise the transaction, attended by İşbank General Manager Hakan Aran and Acıbadem Healthcare Group Chairman Mehmet Ali Aydınlar.
“We aim to expand Söğütözü Hospital and build a new facility to relocate the Istanbul hospital,” Aydınlar said.
