St Vincent’s Hospital marks structural completion of Brenan Place

The building is expected to be completed in 2026.

St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne has announced the structural completion of Brenan Place, a key project within the St Vincent’s Fitzroy Health and Innovation Precinct.

Once finished, St Vincent’s Health Australia will become the anchor tenant, leasing five floors, around 40% of the 12-storey building.

The space will also be used for research, administrative offices, and consulting suites for visiting medical officers.

The building is expected to be completed in 2026 and will be adjacent to the Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery and Fitzroy Hospital precinct.
