Dr.AI streamlines patient intake with virtual assistant

Med PA saves doctors time and enhances outpatient efficiency.

IntoWell Biomedical Technology is transforming outpatient workflows with Med PA, an AI-powered medical pre-assessment platform designed to improve efficiency before patients even enter the consultation room.

“Actually, you can simply chat with our Dr.AI physician avatar about your symptoms… your medical record will be generated right away before you actually meet a doctor,” said Jack Huang, CMO of IntoWell Biomedical, in an interview during Medical Taiwan 2025. “The doctor at the back end workstation can receive your medical record before you actually knock on the door.”

The tool aims to reduce wait times and support more efficient clinical conversations. “That will save a lot of time from the doctor and make it more efficient for medical consultation,” Huang said.
