O2 Capsule Box expands oxygen chambers beyond hospitals
The company is transforming hyperbaric chambers into safe, multi-use spaces for homes, clinics, and offices.
O2 Capsule Box Malaysia is taking hyperbaric oxygen therapy beyond hospitals and clinics. Speaking at the APHM conference, co-located with The Health Industry Series – ASEAN 2025 in Malaysia, CEO and General Manager Daiki Okamoto outlined the company’s vision to make oxygen chambers a part of everyday wellness.
The company’s chambers come in three sizes—small, medium, and large—and are designed for flexibility and comfort. “Our chamber is a box type, so you can use it for stretching, and also sleeping. Also you can train inside,” Okamoto said. “You can use your phone, tablets… install a TV… make your own space, [a] private room.”
With wellness demand rising across Asia, O2 Capsule Box aims to position its chambers for broader everyday use—not just medical recovery. “Our mission is… not only for the people who want to use [hyperbaric oxygen] for medical conditions, but beyond… everyone,” Okamoto explained. “We created the most safe and then also the most comfortable chamber in the world.”
