Ergotron supports APAC’s hospital digitalisation push
The company eyes growing EMR adoption with mobile tech.
Ergotron is sharpening its focus on Asia-Pacific’s healthcare digitalisation wave as regional markets accelerate electronic medical records (EMR) adoption. The company showcased its mobile computing solutions during the APHM conference, co-located with The Health Industry Series – ASEAN 2025 in Malaysia.
“The biggest opportunity for Ergotron in APAC is healthcare digitalisation,” said Akina Liao, Channel Marketing Manager, APAC at Ergotron. “We can provide mobile carts so doctors and nurses can move their computers on wheels to the patient. That enhances workflow.”
Liao noted that price sensitivity remains a challenge in many Southeast Asian markets. Despite this, Ergotron leverages its long-standing global expertise to stay competitive. “We have more than 30 years in healthcare. Our innovative solutions help doctors, nurses, and IT teams be more productive,” she said.
Ergotron plans to support the region’s growing healthcare needs by delivering integrated mobile technology tailored for digital hospitals. “We will focus on leveraging our expertise in ergonomic mobility and integrated solutions,” said Liao.
