Northern Private Hospital introduces direct admission service

Eligible patients can be admitted directly without going through the ED.

Ramsay Healthcare’s Northern Private Hospital, in partnership with the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department, has introduced a direct admission service for medically suitable patients with private health insurance.

Under the new arrangement, eligible patients can be admitted directly to the hospital without presenting at the emergency department.

The service aims to streamline the admission process and reduce waiting times for private patients.
