SingHealth unveils new online system for research applications

The platform is designed to streamline application submissions.

The National Healthcare Group (NHG) and SingHealth have launched the Ethics and Compliance Online System.

Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) from SingHealth, NHG, the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research signed an agreement to mutually recognise research ethics review outcomes.

Starting 1 April, researchers can submit a single IRB application, thereby streamlining the research ethics review process under the new agreement.
