SingHealth unveils new online system for research applications

Starting 1 April, researchers can submit a single IRB application through ECOS.

SingHealth has announced the launch of the Ethics and Compliance Online System (ECOS), a platform designed to streamline research application submissions.

Starting 1 April, researchers can submit a single Institutional Review Board (IRB) application through ECOS.

Meanwhile, IRBs from SingHealth, the National Healthcare Group, the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research signed an agreement to mutually recognise research ethics review outcomes.
