What’s next for the $523.4m Liverpool Hospital redevelopment?

Phase 2 of the project will feature a multi-storey integrated services building.

Demolition works as part of preparations for the second phase of the Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct $523.4m (A$830m) redevelopment of Liverpool Hospital will begin this month.

The demolition process will prepare the site for the construction of the new building, expected to start later this year and be completed in 2027.

Phase 2 of the project will feature a multi-storey integrated services building, which will house inpatient units, an integrated cancer centre, and expanded women's and children's ambulatory care.
