Key areas include improved patient access, operational efficiencies, specialised expertise, and engagement with diverse patient populations across all therapeutic areas and phases.

The agreement was signed by Serena Chan, Head of APAC, Global Country Operations and Managing Director, Southeast Asia of Syneos Health, and Khoo Chow Huat, Managing Director of Hospital and Healthcare Operations at Sunway Healthcare Group.
