Key collaboration areas include care coordination and transitions, capability building, and programming.

SingHealth and St. Luke’s ElderCare (SLEC) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing community health initiatives for Singapore’s ageing population.

The partnership will leverage SingHealth’s network and resources to improve service delivery at existing SLEC centres across various locations, including Anchorvale, Changkat, Marine Parade, Telok Blangah, Northshore, One Punggol, Rivervale, Sumang, and Tampines.

Key areas for collaboration include care coordination and transitions, capability building, programming, research and data, community engagement, and quality improvement.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr Janil Puthucheary, Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Digital Development and Information and the Ministry of Health, at the launch of the SLEC Active Ageing Centre (Care) @ Northshore.
