Singapore’s Alexandra Hospital names new CEO

Margaret Lee succeeds Jason Phua.

Singapore’s Alexandra Hospital (AH) has appointed Margaret Lee as its new CEO.

She succeeds Jason Phua, the inaugural CEO of AH since its transition to the National University Health System.

Before assuming the role, Lee was CEO-designate and Chief Culture Officer. She also served as the hospital’s inaugural Chief Nurse from 2018 to 30 June 2024.

According to Lee, sustaining high-quality patient care will require harnessing technology, data analytics, and new care models.
