Philippine-based The Medical City strengthens endocrine care with new specialty clinics
It includes the Pituitary Clinic, which will help streamline diagnosis.
The Medical City (TMC) has launched four new speciality clinics under its Endocrine, Diabetes, and Thyroid Centre (EDTC), aiming to give a more integrated care for complex hormonal disorders.
The newly launched clinics include Pituitary Clinic, which the company says will help streamline diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term follow-up.
As for the Gender Clinic, it will offer evidence-based, inclusive healthcare services, including hormone therapy monitoring, preventive care, and specialist referral.
Moreover, the Weight Management Clinic will deliver personalised, medically supervised programmes that combine lifestyle interventions, medical treatment, and long-term monitoring.
Further, the Thermal Ablation Clinic will provide minimally invasive treatment for benign thyroid nodules through Radiofrequency Ablation and Microwave Ablation.
Whilst these services have long been available, TMC said the establishment of dedicated clinics brings them together under a more coordinated and patient-focused model of care.
