Perennial Holdings opens 1,000-bed medical cluster in Tianjin, China

The $275m (RMB 2b) development includes three hospitals.

Perennial Holdings Private Limited has launched a 1,000-bed medical cluster within the Perennial Tianjin South High-Speed Railway (HSR) International Healthcare and Business City (PIHBC Tianjin) in Xiqing District, Tianjin, China.

The $275m (RMB 2b) development includes three hospitals, including China’s first wholly foreign-owned private tertiary general hospital.

The cluster also features a rehabilitation hospital and a specialist brain hospital.
