Parkway Shanghai unveils new brand positioning and expansion plans

The group plans to open an ambulatory care centre next year.

Parkway Shanghai, the operating entity of IHH Healthcare in Mainland China, has launched its brand positioning, “Precision Care, Warmly Delivered,” to enhance its patient-centric approach through tailored diagnostic and treatment protocols.

Dr Kenneth Tsang, Regional CEO of IHH Healthcare North Asia, said that the new brand positioning signifies Parkway’s commitment to optimising service processes and improving care standards.

Tsang added that the group plans to open a flagship ambulatory care centre at Shanghai Plaza next year.

“With China’s recent policies supporting foreign-invested hospitals, we are keen to seize new opportunities to expand our services and network,” he said.
