Pakistan’s Novacare, SSI partner on digital hospital project

Novacare Hospitals (Pvt.) Limited and US-based Strategic Systems International (SSI) have partnered to design and develop Pakistan’s first fully digital, AI-enabled healthcare provider.

The partnership will introduce digital systems covering patient registration, discharge, and follow-up, with AI integration in bedside care, imaging, pharmacy, and hospital operations.

Key areas include creating a data and analytics platform for clinical research and precision medicine, developing patient portals, mobile apps and virtual care solutions, and establishing a repeatable technology blueprint.

Moreover, the project aims to align with Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society Stage 7 standards and Joint Commission International accreditation pathways.
