Care is offered through a hybrid model.
A specialised menopause referral service by the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) has launched in New South Wales, Australia.
The service is designed to assist women whose symptoms have not responded to previous treatments or who face complications from other medical conditions.
It offers care through a hybrid model, combining virtual consultations with face-to-face appointments when necessary.
Meanwhile, care coordinators will support patients by managing triage and local care navigation.
