Mount Elizabeth Hospital unveils new facilities under “Project Renaissance”

This includes upgraded back-of-house areas, expanded wards, and critical care units.

Mount Elizabeth Hospital has announced the opening of several new facilities as part of its ongoing ‘Project Renaissance’.

Part of the initiative included updated back-of-house facilities including a fire command centre, security office, environmental services, staff cafeteria, and locker rooms.

In addition, the hospital unveiled upgraded wards 8C, 7C, 5B, and 4B, adding 62 beds to its capacity. These include single-bedded rooms, negative pressure rooms, and the Magnolia suite.

Moreover, the Labour & Delivery suites, Intensive Care Unit, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit have been launched.
