Malaysia’s KPJ Healthcare names new chief for strategy push

Amni brings corporate finance credentials as a Fellow Chartered Accountant.

Malaysia’s KPJ Healthcare Bhd has named Nurul Amni as Chief Strategy, Foresight, and Transformation Officer, effective 15 June 2026.

The group said Amni, in her new role, will oversee its strategy, foresight, and transformation functions.

Amni is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

She holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton in the UK.

In a separate statement, the group said it has continued its five-year strategic plan, focusing on hospital and services integration through the KPJHS and KPJ Care network.

For the second quarter, KPJ said it will continue to implement its KPJHS strategy across clinical operations, governance, and digital systems.
