Revenue for the period increased by 30%.
IHH Healthcare’s net profit for the second quarter of the year (Q2) rose 107% year-on-year (YoY) to $144.4m (RM623m).
Revenue for the period went up by 30% to approximately $1.4b (RM6.1b) on the back of sustained patient volume growth and more acute, complex cases taken on across all markets.
The group attributed this growth to strong operational performance and the positive impact of deferred tax credits and net monetary gains from the application of MFRS 129.
