HKMC opens integrated medical centre in Central

The facility will offer 11 medicine specialties. 

Hong Kong Medical Consultants (HKMC) Holdings Limited on 2 August opened the HKMC Integrated Medical Center in Central, Hong Kong, offering 11 medicine specialties.

The medical centre with a gross floor area of 16,200 square feet is located on the 9th floor of the Central Building.

It is backed by 15 specialist doctors in 11 medical specialties namely: Respiratory Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Geriatric Medicine, Nephrology, Paediatrics, Oncology, Psychiatry, Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism, and Rheumatology

HKMC said it will continue to recruit medical practitioners and will provide more specialist medical services, noting that it will set up a new dermatology centre with the addition of a dermatology specialist service. It will also set up a new oncology centre to expand its oncology specialist services.

Also part of its initiative to offer wider services, among others, is the purchase of the 6th floor of Euro Trade Centre in Central, Hong Kong in March 2021 which will cater to a comprehensive diagnostic centre with CT, MRI, ultrasound and other related imaging and diagnostic facilities
