Gleneagles HK to advance health solutions through new partnerships

The development supports new digital health and diagnostic solutions.

Gleneagles Hong Kong has entered into collaboration agreements to support the development of new digital health and diagnostic solutions.

A tripartite agreement was signed with healthtech startups PanopticAI and SmartCare to develop an integrated smart clinic solution for the Gleneagles MediCentre in Admiralty, scheduled to open later this year.

In a separate agreement, the hospital partnered with Emerging Viral Diagnostic (HK) Limited (EVDL), a biotech firm affiliated with Hong Kong Baptist University.

EVDL developed the Avalon Automated Multiplex System (AAMST), which can detect and identify 45 respiratory pathogen targets within approximately 90 minutes.

The AAMST will be integrated into Gleneagles’s laboratory and telemedicine services.
