FV Hospital and O2 Healthcare to launch thoracic surgery centre in Vietnam

The facility will also provide early lung cancer screenings in partnership with local specialists.

FV Hospital and Singapore’s O2 Healthcare Group are set to establish a regional centre in Vietnam focused on thoracic surgery.

The centre will provide diagnostic and surgical services for various conditions, such as lung and oesophageal cancers, mediastinal tumours, pneumothorax, chest wall deformities, and sympathetic nerve resection.

Moreover, the facility will also involve early lung cancer screenings in partnership with local lung specialists.

In a joint statement, the new centre aims to improve lung cancer treatment success rates across Vietnam and make thoracic care more accessible to patients.
