Burjeel Holdings to expand oncology care in new partnership
The initiative will focus on the development of a bone marrow transplant programme.
Burjeel Holdings is set to expand oncology care across Africa through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Egypt’s Ministry of Health.
According to the group, the partnership will have a particular focus on developing a comprehensive bone marrow transplant programme.
The initiative will be led by Burjeel Medical City, supported by Burjeel Cancer Institute in the UAE.
The MoU was signed by Maha Ibrahim, Head of the Secretariat of Specialised Medical Centres at Egypt's Ministry of Health, and John Sunil, Group CEO of Burjeel Holdings.
