Blayney health facility redevelopment to begin after contractor appointment

The project includes a residential aged-care winge with single rooms and increased inpatient unit bed capacity.

The Australian government has announced that the construction on the Blayney Multipurpose Service (MPS) redevelopment will soon commence, following the appointment of a building contractor.

The new MPS will house a residential aged-care wing with single rooms, additional HealthOne rooms, and more ambulatory care treatment chairs.

Moreover, it will include an increase in inpatient unit beds and enhanced outdoor spaces.

The redevelopment will take place on the existing Osman Street site, with the construction timeline to be announced once planning progresses further.
