Australia builds $376m Albury Wodonga Regional Hospital

One key feature is a seven-storey clinical services building to enable future expansion.

Australia is set to introduce a new $376m (A$558m) regional hospital to consolidate complex care services on the Albury Campus.

The Albury Wodonga Regional Hospital project includes a seven-storey clinical services building designed to allow future expansion.

This includes space for a new paediatrics inpatient unit, operating theatre developments, and additional consulting rooms.

Moreover, the project will include a mix of new and refurbished facilities, such as 80 additional beds for medical and surgical inpatients, a new intensive care unit (ICU), and enhanced maternity and birthing services.
