Ajou University Hospital opens new integrated laboratory for improved patient service
The laboratory joins the blood collection room and CT injection room.
Ajou University Hospital has opened a new integrated laboratory in its main building and began full-scale operation on 1 February.
The laboratory has joined the blood collection room and CT injection room, along with radiology, to alleviate the inconvenience of patients.
Integrating the laboratory will also hasten tests for unified intravenous injection and blood collection procedures for CT and MRI.

“This renewal of the testing room is expected to improve the testing flow and improve the convenience of visitors. We will continue to inspect and improve hospital facilities and services from the patient’s perspective to create a more convenient and friendly hospital environment,” Park Joon-seong, Director of Ajou University Hospital, said.
The opening ceremony of the laboratory took place on 2 February, with Medical Center Director Sang-wook Han and Hospital Director Park Jun-seong, along with the radiology staff, in attendance.
