AC Health seals alliance with ABC Impact in investment tie-up
The partnership between the Philippine and Singaporean firms supports the healthcare group’s expansion plans.
Philippines’ AC Health has formalised its alliance with Singapore-based ABC Impact, which has acquired a 16% minority stake in the group.
The capital infusion will support the group’s expansion plans, which include growing its network to at least 10 hospitals, 300 clinics, and 1,150 pharmacies by 2027.
AC Health also plans to use the investment to strengthen digital health and data-driven capabilities.
