Audy Dental recognised for clinic leadership and marketing excellence at Healthcare Asia Awards 2026

The group earned recognitions for its nationwide scale, transformation, and high-impact braces and paediatric campaigns.

Audy Dental received accolades in the Dental Clinic of the Year - Indonesia and Marketing Initiative of the Year - Indonesia categories at the Healthcare Asia Awards 2026, reflecting its operational scale and measurable marketing results across Indonesia.

Scaling integrated dental care across Indonesia

Across 62 clinic branches nationwide, Audy Dental served more than 450,000 patients in 2025. More than 800 experienced dentists across nine disciplines, supported by over 1,300 professionals, delivered integrated dental services without external referrals. Over the past 12 months, revenue grew 40% year-on-year, driven by demand for orthodontics, dental implants, and paediatric dentistry. Patient volume also increased by 40%, whilst new patient acquisition rose 30% year-on-year. The clinics maintained a Google review average of  4.97 out of 5.00, alongside a Patient Satisfaction Index exceeding 98%.

Operational consistency across the network is supported by standardised treatment protocols aligned with international clinical guidelines, to maintain consistent high-quality dental care. Transparent pricing was applied through informed consent prior totreatment. To enhance the patient experience, waiting time targets were defined at under 15 minutes from appointment to treatment, under 10 minutes for self-payment transactions, and under 30 minutes for insurance cases. Monthly operational alignment and cross-branch benchmarking maintained consistency across locations.

Digital infrastructure was strengthened through the implementation of a new Electronic Medical Records foundation system integrated with an Enterprise Resource Planning platform, connecting clinical, operational, and financial data across the organisation. Power BI dashboards provide enhanced business visibility, whilst an omnichannel communication system integrating WhatsApp supports lead management and patient engagement.

Translating 360 marketing into measurable service growth

Orthodontic and paediatric campaigns formed the core of the Marketing Initiative of the Year - Indonesia recognition. Digital advertising, out-of-home placements, curated social media content with educational and lifestyle storytelling, community activation, and patient-generated content were integrated into a single campaign structure. The campaigns achieved a total reach of more than 15 million audiences, with an average engagement rate exceeding 8%.

These initiatives translated directly into service growth. Orthodontic services increased 50% year-on-year growth, whilst paediatric dentistry grew 35% year-on-year. More than 40% of new patients were attributed to the kids and braces initiatives. In addition, braces patient retention improved from 75% to 80%, reflecting stronger engagement and compliance throughout the treatment journey.

The campaigns were supported by collaboration with over 100 key opinion leaders, engagement with more than 500 patient content creators, and offline education visits across corporate offices, schools, and community platforms, reaching over 10,000 participants. 

To further support patients, Audy Dental introduced patient experience initiatives, including dedicated kids’ playground areas, Kids Dental Report books, and the Braces Smile Journey Book. These initiatives help guide patients and parents through each stage of treatment whilst reinforcing long-term engagement.
