Parkway Radiology reopens Nuclear Medicine and PET Centre at Mount Elizabeth Hospital

It now features the Symbia Pro.Specta SPECT-CT and PET-CT Biograph Vision

Parkway Radiology has reopened its Nuclear Medicine and PET Centre at Mount Elizabeth Hospital (Orchard) with upgraded imaging capabilities.

The redesigned centre now features the Symbia Pro.Specta SPECT-CT and PET-CT Biograph Vision, which enable improved diagnostic capabilities for the early evaluation of Alzheimer’s disease, cancer diagnosis and staging, detection of neuroendocrine tumours, staging and monitoring of bone metastases, and assessment of thyroid-related conditions.

The new radioisotope rooms have been added to safely manage patients receiving theranostic treatments for neuroendocrine, thyroid, and prostate cancers.

These services are also available at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, expanding #IHHHealthcare’s nuclear medicine capabilities in Singapore.
