New NHG–Great Eastern partnership targets value-based care and wellness programs

It aims to advance VBC with better outcomes at sustainable costs.

NHG Health and Great Eastern have signed a new memorandum of understanding to collaborate on initiatives to help residents in Central and North Singapore enjoy longer lives in good health.

Through this partnership, NHG Health and Great Eastern will focus on advancing value-based care (VBC) by aligning healthcare delivery with improved outcomes whilst maintaining sustainable costs.

They will also co-develop population health programmes aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles and encouraging proactive health-seeking behaviours.

Additionally, the organisations will explore care innovation by creating person-centred and accessible solutions that support proactive health management.
