With the launch of MyHealth360, IHH can now deliver exceptional user experience. Over 140,000 patients and 1,600 doctors registered to use the new applications, each consisting of multiple features and meeting the needs of both user types by listening to users’ feedback and operational pain points as well as user research.

Within just four months, the team was able to implement and operate teleconsultation, as well as enable e-commerce capabilities that empower its users. The app is designed to be user-centric with an intuitive UIUX that makes it easy to use and navigate.
