Tan Tock Seng Hospital unveils integrated care hub for rehabilitation and palliative care
The Integrated Care Hub includes the first-ever Ventilatory Rehabilitation Unit in Singapore.
Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), in partnership with Dover Park Hospice, has launched the TTSH Integrated Care Hub, a healthcare facility specialising in palliative care.
Comprised of 17 stories with 608 beds, the new Integrated Care Hub (ICH) is the first phase of HealthCity Novena masterplan, prioritising the healthcare needs in the region.
The ICH includes a new Ventilatory Rehabilitation Unit (the first-ever in Singapore), new facilities for Dover Park Hospice (with up to 50-70 beds), and an expansion of the Integrated Palliative Care Programme (piloted by both TTSH and Dover Park Hospice in October 2023).

TTSH aims to provide the highest level of rehabilitation through new care models, technologies (including robotics and virtual reality) and translational research with local and international partners, accommodated to patients with traumatic brain or spinal cord injuries, complex stroke, or severe loss.
“We leverage purpose-built rehabilitation facilities, personalised treatment plans, and innovative technology to help patients recover faster, regain their mobility and independence, and return to their lives at home and in the community with renewed meaning, purpose and confidence,” Dr. Lee Liang Tee, Clinical Director for ICH, said.
