Saudi Arabia’s AR in healthcare market to hit $39.45m by 2030
The ageing population and rising chronic disease rates are driving growth.
Saudi Arabia’s augmented reality (AR) in healthcare market is projected to reach $39.45M by 2030, at a compound annual growth rate of 3.61%, according to Research and Markets.
The sector’s expansion is attributed to the need for advanced services in medical training, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
“Notable advancements, like sophisticated hardware and software platforms, enable healthcare providers to seamlessly incorporate AR,” the report said.
Meanwhile, the ageing population and an increased prevalence of chronic diseases are further driving market growth.
“The rapid expansion of hospitals, clinics, and specialised centres necessitates advanced healthcare technologies like AR to improve high-quality, efficient care,” it added.
