Saudi Arabia launches virtual medical services for Hajj pilgrims

Services are available in seven languages.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health, through the Seha Virtual Hospital, has launched virtual medical consultation services for pilgrims during the 1446 AH Hajj season.

The hospital offers round-the-clock consultations via the unified call centre, the Sehhaty mobile application, and the X platform.

Services are available in seven languages, particularly Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Persian, Urdu, and Indonesian.

Pilgrims can choose between audio, video, or text consultations and upload medical reports or test results.

Moreover, Seha Virtual Hospital supports over 300 permanent and temporary health centres across Makkah and Madinah, along with mobile clinics and Hajj campaign facilities.
