India rolls out ‘e-Sushrut@Clinic’ for outpatient digital management
It is aimed at small and medium-sized healthcare providers.
India’s National Health Authority and the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing have signed a memorandum of understanding to roll out “e-Sushrut@Clinic”, designed specifically for outpatient clinics.
The platform includes modules for outpatient management, pharmacy, and nursing, and is designed to digitise patient records, prescriptions, and billing.
Moreover, it is aimed at small and medium-sized healthcare providers.
Providers can onboard directly through a webpage using their Health Facility Registry (HFR) and Health Professionals Registry (HPR) credentials.
Meanwhile, those not registered on HFR/HPR can complete registration directly on the e-Sushrut@Clinic.
The system also integrates several services from the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, including the AIIMS Clinical Decision Support Systems for hypertension and diabetes, which are provided free of charge for all ABDM-integrated software.
