The $6.03m (A$9m) Fitzroy Crossing Renal Health Centre expansion in Western Australia has reached completion, doubling the facility’s capacity, according to the state government.
The upgrade allows an additional 16 renal patients to receive regular dialysis treatments locally.
The centre features four additional renal dialysis chairs, treatment bays, a new entry, waiting areas, and patient amenities.
The project is part of the state government's $3.3b (A$4.9) health infrastructure programme.
