Dr. Shibu Vijayan
Dr. Shibu Vijayan is the Chief Medical Officer – Global Health at Qure.ai, where he leads initiatives to integrate artificial intelligence into public health systems to improve early disease detection and strengthen health delivery across low- and middle-income countries.
With over 25 years of experience in global public health, he has worked extensively with governments, NGOs, and international agencies including WHO, MSF, and PATH, where he served as Global TB Technical Director.
His work has contributed to national policy development and the implementation of AI-driven innovations in TB care, lung health, maternal and child health, and pandemic preparedness.
Dr. Suebsakul Tonjang
Suebsakul Tonjang, Ph.D., is an innovative sustainability manager at Bangkok Dusit Medical Services PCL (BDMS), one of the most prestigious healthcare networks in the Asia-Pacific region. He leads the innovative sustainability department, innovation direction of organization, and strategies to develop healthcare innovation. He has utilized a repertoire of skills including innovation management, healthcare management, and operational analysis to create high-value sustainable innovation in BDMS. His accomplishment includes developing an innovation ecosystem that increases the number of healthcare innovation projects and improves sustainable innovation management performance. He has received the Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering in 2021 from Chulalongkorn university, Bangkok, Thailand. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at the department of Operations and Supply Chain Management, University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. His research focuses on healthcare quality and innovation management to develop the integrated quality and innovation management model in healthcare affecting sustainability.

Dr. Tullawat Pacharapha
Tullawat is the chief operating officer at Vejthani hospital. He also serves as a member of the HIMSS APAC Advisory Board, the instructor for the College of Management Mahidol University, and a frequent speaker at healthcare management conferences. Tullawat holds the degree of Doctor of Medicine, Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Master of Business Administration, and Doctor of Philosophy in Management.

Pursuing digital transformation, the hospital integrates digital technology into areas of its business resulting in how it delivers value to customers. The digital initiatives include CRM System to support the medical traveler care continuum, Business Intelligence to make informed decisions, Transportation Management System to optimize patient transportation services, Robotic Processing Automation to replace manual repetitive rules-based processes, and the new Hospital Information System, for delivering, managing, and transforming care.
Dr. Walter Lim
Dr. Walter has twenty years of experience in the Singapore and Asia-pacific healthcare markets.
In his role as the Singapore Managing Director at Fullerton Health, Dr. Walter leads health tech initiatives in Singapore including telemedicine and healthcare analytics. He also oversees Clinical Services in Singapore including primary care, allied health, pharmacy, and ambulance services.
He has led multiple COVID-19 response projects with the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Manpower, and driven the integration of wellness, health screening, and primary care services to form Fullerton Health Singapore's Primary & Preventive Care Division.
He was previously Managing Director at Integrated Health Plans (IHP) overseeing corporate health business lines for its group insurance and employer benefits client base in Singapore and Malaysia.
In his earlier career, he served as an investment professional in a corporate venture capital fund linked to Singapore's Economic Development Board and was part of the team during the establishment of Singapore’s National Electronic Health Record. He also practiced as a physician at Singapore General Hospital and various SingHealth group institutions.
