Partha is a Principal in the Singapore office and a core-team member of BCG's Health Care practice in Southeast Asia. He has 10+ years of experience in the industry and strategy consulting across diverse geographies including Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Emerging Markets
Prior to BCG, Partha was Director at EY-Parthenon, leading projects and business development for life sciences clients across ASEAN and broader APAC. He also worked with Deloitte Consulting, J&J Medical, and Pfizer India.
Partha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow
Raakhi Sippy
Raakhi Sippy joined GSK in 2005 and has held various commercial roles within the organisation across US Pharma, General Medicines, Emerging Markets Region, Global Product Strategy, Global Selling Excellence, and Global Pharma Marketing Operations.
Sippy worked with a wide range of partners from inside and outside the organisation to bring digital innovation and transformative thinking into GSK, building omni-channel capabilities across the organisation, improving how GSK interacts with healthcare professionals, customers and consumers
She took on her current role in September 2022 as Vice President & General Manager for GSK Singapore, one of the five largest multinational pharmaceutical companies in the country. In her immediate prior role as Head of GPMO, Raakhi delivered on GSK’s global commercial omni-channel strategy, building cutting-edge, industry-leading digital capabilities.
Sippy’s previous work experience included marketing/client servicing roles at Unilever, Yanmar, Japan, and Grey Worldwide. She earned an MBA in International Business and MS in Marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia, USA.

Ronita Mukerjee
Ronita Mukerjee is an executive director, Client Services at Landor India. She has been a key member in inspiring and guiding teams to deliver extraordinary brand transformation projects for clients, by leveraging analytics, strategy and design.
She enjoys turning consumer insights into business and innovation opportunities and has experience across FMCG, consumer tech, hospitality, fintech, pharmacy and IT services.
Some of her key contributions have been the brand transformation exercise for Tata Consumer Products, the rebrand of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts and the repositioning of Titan watches, amongst many others. Ronita is a mentor with WPP Stella, a programme dedicated to coaching young women leaders.
Previously, Ronita was an associate principal consultant at Shining Consulting, founded by Shombit Sengupta. In this role, she worked as a primary market researcher.
She has graduated with a BBA in Management and completed her MBA in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication.
