Mohan Ravuru is a physician researcher with over 15 years’ experience in In-Vitro diagnostics and biopharma industry. He has performed basic, clinical and translational research in Immunology, Infectious diseases and Molecular biology in academia and industry. As director of medical and scientific affairs for Abbott Rapid Diagnostics in Asia Pacific region he oversees the Infectious Diseases portfolio for Emerging Markets. Previously, he managed the donor blood screening portfolio for HIV, Hepatitis as well as emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases for Grifols. Earlier he served in a global medical affairs role with GSK Biologicals to support clinical development, launch and post-launch activities of vaccines for invasive pneumococcal and meningococcal infections worldwide. His first foray into industry was with Becton Dickinson research and development under Immunization division. Prior to that, he served as clinical research fellow at National University Hospital and Changi General Hospital in Singapore.
Beyond his MD degree, he has a Masters’ degree in cancer immunotherapy from National University of Singapore and a technology management degree from University of Queensland, Australia.

Nick has been working in Acoustics since leaving university in 1978.
After working for various small consultancy firms, he joined Arup in 1987, working initially in Hong Kong. His work included the acoustic design of the new airport terminal and an overseeing role in the noise issues associated with the new railways built at that time, along with acoustic design input to various healthcare projects.
Nick moved back to the UK in 1994 and worked in Arup’s office in Cambridge on a wide variety of projects in the UK and Europe. He worked as an acoustic designer and reviewer for a number of large hospital developments around the UK, as well as a range of other building acoustics projects. During this time, he was part of the team tasked with writing the guidelines for acoustic design in UK healthcare buildings (HTM 08-01)
In 2009, Nick moved to Singapore with Arup to lead the acoustics and theatre design team. Local acoustic projects undertaken by Arup included the National Centre for Infectious Disease and various large arts venues and other buildings of note. Nick was also a lecturer for the Building and Construction Authority in Singapore, presenting a module on Acoustics as part of the Greenmark Professional qualification.
After spending 5 years in Singapore, Nick relocated to Arup’s office in Melbourne and has worked on various small and large healthcare projects in Australia and Asia along with major performing arts projects around Australia. He currently leads Arup’s Arts and Culture team in the region.

Previously, he served as the Senior Director of Tourism Policy and International Affairs Division at the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, and Lead Shepherd of the APEC Tourism Working Group.
With 20 years of leadership, Mohd Daud brings a fresh perspective to Malaysia Healthcare’s growth, furthering the country’s vision to be the leading global healthcare destination. In his previous capacity, Mohd Daud has demonstrated fervent passion for raising Malaysia Healthcare’s profile through numerous collaborative initiatives. This includes co-organizing the APEC Forum on Medical Tourism with MHTC, themed Building a Borderless Future in Healthcare, and jointly representing and promoting Malaysia’s healthcare travel industry at the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC) Tourism Working Group Meetings among others.
A firm believer in collaboration for industry advancement, Mohd Daud has dedicated a significant number of years to cross-border efforts in boosting the nation’s tourism industry. She is consultant and expert for Ministry of Health, for Department of Health of Ho chi Minh city and is a teacher for Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine.
She has experiences of working as Infectious diseases specialist for 10 years and has been working as hospital epidemiologist, infection control consultant for more than 25 years. She is participating in the National Writing Committee to develop guidelines and policies in infection control for the Ministry of Health. She has been chief investigator for many important researches funded by the Vietnamese Government and WHO. Her recent researches are mainly in infection control, hospital epidemiology, risk and patient safety. She is the author of more than 75 publications and books and presented in more than 35 international conferences.

Dr. Thirunavukarasu Rajoo has been the voice of General Practitioners. He was invited to lead the General Practitioners at the town hall meeting attended by 1000 General Practitioners with the then Honorable Minister of Health, Malaysia.
He has been in the practice of medicine for the last 14 years. Dr. Arasu, as known among the fraternity is also a practicing General Practitioner and founded the Poliklinik Cahaya group of clinics and recently CareClinics Healthcare Services Sdn Bhd. His group practice operates 25 clinics in the greater Kuala Lumpur, with all the clinics are connected via Electronic Medical Records. Recently, a Personal Health Record was also launched as pilot for 2 of the clinics, whereby patients’ health records are pushed to the patient via the app. His group adopts to IR4.0 and moving toward patient-centered care and value-based healthcare by adopting innovation and technology that benefits the patients.
He was a member of the Greater Klang Valley COVID-19 Task Force and Technical Working Group (TWG) PPP Primary Care under the Health and Sciences COVID-19 Advisory Group of Experts (EAG).

Dr Zaw Win Sandy was born and brought up in Myanmar and received her Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from University of Medicine (1) Yangon in 2007. She started her career as a Resident House Surgeon at Yangon General Hospital in 2006.
After completion of her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in talent management including workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement from James Cook University (Australia) in 2009, she joined as a Clinic Operating Manager at City Health Clinics chain in Singapore.
In 2011, Dr. Sandy decided to come back home and took up a role as Customer Relation Manager at Pun Hlaing International Hospital. She rose through the ranks to be appointed as the Interim Talent Management Director in 2014. Subsequently, in 2015, she was promoted to Talent Management Director of the new Pun Hlaing Siloam Hospitals joint venture.
In this role, she was responsible for Manpower Planning, recruitment and retention, career development, and general HR. In addition to this role, she also led the hospital operation on CRM, Patient Experience, and Front Office service.
In January 2019, Dr. Sandy was promoted to head of the flagship Hlaing Tharyar Hospital operations in addition to her group role in charge of Social Media and CRM.
In May 2020, Dr. Sandy was promoted to head the new vertical of Emerging Healthcare, an exciting business and operational proposition designed to the traditional brick and mortar operations with the ubiquitous virtual platform. Under Emerging Health, heal by Pun Hlaing (Health Empowerment and Active Living) brand was launched together with its family practitioner clinics, mobile app, and other clinical-related services in the pipeline. This vertical would set Pun Hlaing Hospitals (PHH) to drive its reach across the country using its existing infrastructure, and amalgamated to preferred suppliers, both in the primary and secondary sector. As COO of this vertical, Dr. Sandy envisages to help PHH grow to become the largest healthcare network in Myanmar within the next 5 years.

Being a full board scholar of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”), Ariesza served in TNB and
has held various financial and accounting roles from 1999 onwards.
Ariesza was appointed the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of IHH Healthcare Berhad in 2012 and oversaw the Company’s IPO in Malaysia and based on its highest Malaysian share price of RM3.19 (at the time), IHH has a market capitalisation of RM25.6 billion, making it the world's second-biggest listed healthcare provider after U.S. hospital operator HCA Holdings Inc.
She has also served as the Vice President, Group Strategy and Operations for WASCO Energy, a multinational oil and gas services company owned by Wah Seong Corporation Berhad for a cumulative 11 years. At WASCO, she oversaw the Group’s branding, marketing, strategic planning, and M&A activities. In addition, she played a leading role in WASCO’s major pipe coating operations in Malaysia. She came onboard KPJ in March 2021 as Chief Corporate Officer.
Ariesza holds a B.COM (Hons) Accounting & Finance, from Lincoln University, New Zealand. She is also a Fellow of CPA Australia.

As director of medical and scientific affairs for Abbott Rapid Diagnostics in Asia Pacific region he oversees the Infectious Diseases portfolio for Emerging Markets. Previously, he managed the donor blood screening portfolio for HIV, Hepatitis as well as emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases for Grifols. Earlier he served in a global medical affairs role with GSK Biologicals to support clinical development, launch and post-launch activities of vaccines for invasive pneumococcal and meningococcal infections worldwide. His first foray into industry was with Becton Dickinson research and development under Immunization division. Prior to that, he served as clinical research fellow at National University Hospital and Changi General Hospital in Singapore.
Beyond his MD degree, he has a Masters’ degree in cancer immunotherapy from National University of Singapore and a technology management degree from University of Queensland, Australia.

Nick has been working in Acoustics since leaving university in 1978.
After working for various small consultancy firms, he joined Arup in 1987, working initially in Hong Kong. His work included the acoustic design of the new airport terminal and an overseeing role in the noise issues associated with the new railways built at that time, along with acoustic design input to various healthcare projects.
Nick moved back to the UK in 1994 and worked in Arup’s office in Cambridge on a wide variety of projects in the UK and Europe. He worked as an acoustic designer and reviewer for a number of large hospital developments around the UK, as well as a range of other building acoustics projects. During this time, he was part of the team tasked with writing the guidelines for acoustic design in UK healthcare buildings (HTM 08-01)
In 2009, Nick moved to Singapore with Arup to lead the acoustics and theatre design team. Local acoustic projects undertaken by Arup included the National Centre for Infectious Disease and various large arts venues and other buildings of note. Nick was also a lecturer for the Building and Construction Authority in Singapore, presenting a module on Acoustics as part of the Greenmark Professional qualification.
After spending 5 years in Singapore, Nick relocated to Arup’s office in Melbourne and has worked on various small and large healthcare projects in Australia and Asia along with major performing arts projects around Australia. He currently leads Arup’s Arts and Culture team in the region.

Dr. Arasu, as known among the fraternity is also a practicing General Practitioner and founded the Poliklinik Cahaya group of clinics and recently CareClinics Healthcare Services Sdn Bhd. His group practice operates 25 clinics in the greater Kuala Lumpur, with all the clinics are connected via Electronic Medical Records. Recently, a Personal Health Record was also launched as pilot for 2 of the clinics, whereby patients’ health records are pushed to the patient via the app. His group adopts to IR4.0 and moving toward patient-centered care and value-based healthcare by adopting innovation and technology that benefits the patients.

Dr Zaw Win Sandy was born and brought up in Myanmar and received her Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from University of Medicine (1) Yangon in 2007. She started her career as a Resident House Surgeon at Yangon General Hospital in 2006.
After completion of her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in talent management including workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement from James Cook University (Australia) in 2009, she joined as a Clinic Operating Manager at City Health Clinics chain in Singapore.
In 2011, Dr. Sandy decided to come back home and took up a role as Customer Relation Manager at Pun Hlaing International Hospital. She rose through the ranks to be appointed as the Interim Talent Management Director in 2014. Subsequently, in 2015, she was promoted to Talent Management Director of the new Pun Hlaing Siloam Hospitals joint venture.
In this role, she was responsible for Manpower Planning, recruitment and retention, career development, and general HR. In addition to this role, she also led the hospital operation on CRM, Patient Experience, and Front Office service.
In January 2019, Dr. Sandy was promoted to head of the flagship Hlaing Tharyar Hospital operations in addition to her group role in charge of Social Media and CRM.
In May 2020, Dr. Sandy was promoted to head the new vertical of Emerging Healthcare, an exciting business and operational proposition designed to the traditional brick and mortar operations with the ubiquitous virtual platform. Under Emerging Health, heal by Pun Hlaing (Health Empowerment and Active Living) brand was launched together with its family practitioner clinics, mobile app, and other clinical-related services in the pipeline. This vertical would set Pun Hlaing Hospitals (PHH) to drive its reach across the country using its existing infrastructure, and amalgamated to preferred suppliers, both in the primary and secondary sector. As COO of this vertical, Dr. Sandy envisages to help PHH grow to become the largest healthcare network in Myanmar within the next 5 years.

has held various financial and accounting roles from 1999 onwards.
Ariesza was appointed the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of IHH Healthcare Berhad in 2012 and oversaw the Company’s IPO in Malaysia and based on its highest Malaysian share price of RM3.19 (at the time), IHH has a market capitalisation of RM25.6 billion, making it the world's second-biggest listed healthcare provider after U.S. hospital operator HCA Holdings Inc.
She has also served as the Vice President, Group Strategy and Operations for WASCO Energy, a multinational oil and gas services company owned by Wah Seong Corporation Berhad for a cumulative 11 years. At WASCO, she oversaw the Group’s branding, marketing, strategic planning, and M&A activities. In addition, she played a leading role in WASCO’s major pipe coating operations in Malaysia.
