The hospital aims to improve their medical devices technology, making it more efficient in providing both therapy and diagnostic needs which are specific for each patient. NCCHK also aims to fully equip the hospital with the infrastructure and medical devices to allow easier access and cater to the increasing needs of the community.

In reference to those qualities, performances, and improvements, NCCHK was rewarded with Tertiary Hospital of the Year - Indonesia trophy at the recently concluded Healthcare Asia Awards 2021.
