Arathi Sasidharan is a Partner in Bain’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice and is based in Singapore.

Arathi has over 12 years of management consulting experience across Southeast Asia, India and the United States, advising global and APAC pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients, as well as healthcare investors. She brings deep expertise in growth strategy, sales & marketing, and commercial due diligence, and her life sciences experience spans innovator and generic brands.

Prior to joining Bain, Arathi worked at other global consulting firms.

Arathi received an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B Tech in Electrical Engineering (Institute Medalist) from National Institute of Technology Trichy, India.

Born in Jakarta, December 20th, 1976, Ardantya is a 23 years’ experience as professional and entrepreneur in marketing research, marketing communication, business development, brand development, franchising development, and now into healthcare business transformation management in Indonesia.

He aims to transform healthcare industry into more patient-focused service and innovation driven service. Ardantya is part of Persada Hospital family shareholder and now initiating Malang HealthTourism Agency as part to promote health tourism industry in Indonesia.

He was graduated from Economics Faculty of Brawijaya University, Indonesia in 1999 majoring Marketing Management

Dr. Aditya Nugraha, M.Biomed, C.M.C is in his 10th year in Hospital Management Area (2013-2023). After becoming a Hospital Director at a private hospital in Central Java, he joined Columbia Asia Hospital as Medical Service Manager and led more than 100 doctors. Since 2018 he joined JCI-accredited Primaya Hospital Group (Formerly Awal Bros Hospital), which already operates 15 branches in Indonesia as one of the youngest Hospital Directors. At Primaya Hospital Group, he became a Hospital Director in Palangkaraya - Central Kalimantan, East Bekasi - West Java, and now in Semarang - Central Java. Born and raised in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, Dr. Aditya graduated as Medical Doctor from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta with Cumlaude before pursuing his master's degree as Master of Biomedical Science (Stem Cell) in Sultan Agung University, Semarang also with Cumlaude. He is also taking courses for C.M.C (Certified Mediator and Conciliator). Dr. Aditya focused on Healthcare management and Stem Cell development, as well as enjoying learning new technology and healthcare digitalization.

Sanath is a Partner, SEA Healthcare Lead at Kearney. He comes with 18+ years of experience– working with pharma companies, governments, investors, healthcare entrepreneurs, education institutions, and regulatory bodies on solving specific issues in healthcare. Sanath holds deep expertise in strategy, operations, growth, and patient satisfaction.

Chris is a Partner at Pureland Venture, looking after value creation activities for post-investment scale-up of healthtech innovation companies.  In addition, Chris moreover serves in the KPMG Global Health Centre of Excellence and as a strategic advisor for policy dialogue at APACMed (with a particular focus in the digital health domain).  Chris holds additional healthcare ecosystem roles too ranging from public/private UHC design taskforces through to visiting lectureship at leading academic centres.  Chris is presently based in Singapore, having lived and worked around the globe; he is most passionate about bringing safe, effective, economically-viable medical innovations to those populations in need.

Agustine, SE, MBA
Graduated from Tarumanagara University majoring in Finance and Monash University, Australia majoring in Master of Business Administration, her career journey started as auditor in Accounting Firm. Further she embarked her career into management level in Finance as Corporate Treasurer AT&T, MNC Telecommunication company. She enhanced further study in Australia, Monash University Business School, held major degree in Business Administration, and embarked new role in Supply Chain & Marketing for Roche Diagnostics and continue held most management functions in diversed industry for 20 years above in Business Development, Sales Marketing, PR and Corp Communication.

Dr. Alan Ong is a Principal in BCG’s Health Care practice in South East Asia. He has a diverse range of experiences, having previously worked as a clinician, a health policymaker in the Ministry of Health, Singapore, and as a medical director in AIA. His core interests are digital health, health care financing and preventive care.
