Dr. Khoo has 26 years of strategic, operational and investment management experience, including 18 years in healthcare; leading healthcare operations, healthcare investment, planning and development of facilities, service excellence and business development, spanning across Singapore, Malaysia and China.
As the Managing Director of Hospital & Healthcare Operations, Dr. Khoo leads the development, operations and coordination of existing hospitals as well as other healthcare facilities of Sunway Healthcare Group, ensuring a seamless network of integrated health services and programmes designed to meet the needs of patients, doctors, customers and employees.
Prior to that, Dr. Khoo was Chief Executive Officer, Healthcare of Perennial Holdings, where he was responsible for the healthcare business of the Group including both hospitals and eldercare services. Before Perennial Holdings, Dr Khoo was the General Manager of Raffles Hospital Chongqing under Raffles Medical Group, and prior to that, he was the Deputy Managing Director of Sunway Group Healthcare Services and Chief Executive Officer of Sunway Medical Centre from 2016 to 2018.
Dr. Khoo had also held various other positions including Group CEO of Orange Valley Healthcare, one of the largest eldercare operators in Singapore with six nursing homes and more than 1,000 beds, and CEO of Mount Alvernia Hospital and Assisi Hospice. He was also previously with the Singapore Administrative Service, and held various senior positions in the People’s Association, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Information and the Arts.
Dr. Khoo graduated from Cambridge University with a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Chemistry. Dr. Khoo is also a Chartered Management Accountant with Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA). He further obtained a Master of Business Administration jointly awarded by Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management) and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology before obtaining his Doctorate in Business Administration from Manchester Business School.

Dr. Kuljit Singh is a post graduate from University Malaya in ENT and obtained MBBS from Manipal, India. He spent close to 20 years serving Malaysian Medical Association [MMA] in various capacities with the last post as Hon General Secretary in 2014. Besides MMA, he served extensively in the Malaysian Society of Otorhinolaryngologist Head Neck Surgeon and elected as President in 2007.
He served in two sectors of public healthcare in Malaysia: Ministry of Health as a house officer, medical officer and clinical specialist and later in University Malaya Medical Centre. Since 2007 he is now in Private Health Care as a ENT specialist and Medical Director of Prince Court Medical Centre.
Currently is the President of the Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia [APHM] since middle of 2018.
With the knowledge of serving in many different positions and capacities: he has widely presented and participated in various programs, events and conferences related to healthcare both international, regional and within Malaysia.

Ling Lee has 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specialising in strategy development, hospital acquisition, operational leadership, lean management and financial management.
Prior to joining Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Ling Lee was the Chief Executive Officer at Pantai Hospital Ampang and the Head of Strategy and Special Projects for IHH Healthcare Malaysia for 10 years, overseeing the organisation’s overall strategy and business development and instrumental in many greenfield and brownfield projects in the country.
Ling Lee was with Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and National University Hospital (NUH) Singapore before returning home to Malaysia. During his full time tenure at NCI, Dr. Lim continued to provide consultations at Kepala Batas Hospital, Penang (monthly basis) and Tung Shin Hospital, Kuala Lumpur (weekly basis). In 2018, he obtained his PhD in Chinese Medicine from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (NJUCM).Besides clinical works, Dr Lim is also holding position as visiting Aassociate Professor at China Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Lecturer at Malaysia International Medical University. He is also committed in giving public talks and volunteering at NGOs such as the Tzu Chi Foundation and various cancer support groups to instilawareness on cancer and good health care services. His passion has led him to his current reign as the Deputy Chairman of the Palliative Technical Committee in the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS), President of Malaysia SHUCTM Alumni Association,panel member with the Malaysia Qualifications Agency and a member of Malaysia Medical Council (MMC) and the Malaysia Chinese Medicine Association (MCMA).Dr. Lim is also enthusiastic about T&CM research wherehe has participated as principal investigator or co-investigator, consultant and external reviewer to various publications related to the use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer.
