Naithy is a Partner based in our Singapore office, with over a decade of consulting experience. She has worked extensively with MNCs exploring investment opportunities in Asia across strategy and operations consulting projects such as market entry strategy, channel and customer engagement, M&A advisory, business and strategy planning with other project stints in Australia, Iran, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and UAE. 

Dr. Khoo has 26 years of strategic, operational and investment management experience, including 18 years in healthcare; leading healthcare operations, healthcare investment, planning and development of facilities, service excellence and business development, spanning across Singapore, Malaysia and China. 

As the Managing Director of Hospital & Healthcare Operations, Dr. Khoo leads the development, operations and coordination of existing hospitals as well as other healthcare facilities of Sunway Healthcare Group, ensuring a seamless network of integrated health services and programmes designed to meet the needs of patients, doctors, customers and employees.

Prior to that, Dr. Khoo was Chief Executive Officer, Healthcare of Perennial Holdings, where he was responsible for the healthcare business of the Group including both hospitals and eldercare services. Before Perennial Holdings, Dr Khoo was the General Manager of Raffles Hospital Chongqing under Raffles Medical Group, and prior to that, he was the Deputy Managing Director of Sunway Group Healthcare Services and Chief Executive Officer of Sunway Medical Centre from 2016 to 2018.

Dr. Khoo had also held various other positions including Group CEO of Orange Valley Healthcare, one of the largest eldercare operators in Singapore with six nursing homes and more than 1,000 beds, and CEO of Mount Alvernia Hospital and Assisi Hospice. He was also previously with the Singapore Administrative Service, and held various senior positions in the People’s Association, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Information and the Arts.

Dr. Khoo graduated from Cambridge University with a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Chemistry.  Dr. Khoo is also a Chartered Management Accountant with Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA).  He further obtained a Master of Business Administration jointly awarded by Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management) and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology before obtaining his Doctorate in Business Administration from Manchester Business School.

Dr. Kuljit Singh is a post graduate from University Malaya in ENT and obtained MBBS from Manipal, India. He spent close to 20 years serving Malaysian Medical Association [MMA] in various capacities with the last post as Hon General Secretary in 2014. Besides MMA, he served extensively in the Malaysian Society of Otorhinolaryngologist Head Neck Surgeon and elected as President in 2007.

He served in two sectors of public healthcare in Malaysia: Ministry of Health as a house officer, medical officer and clinical specialist and later in University Malaya Medical Centre. Since 2007 he is now in Private Health Care as a ENT specialist and Medical Director of Prince Court Medical Centre.

Currently is the President of the Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia [APHM] since middle of 2018.

With the knowledge of serving in many different positions and capacities: he has widely presented and participated in various programs, events and conferences related to healthcare both international, regional and within Malaysia. 

Ling Lee has 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specialising in strategy development, hospital acquisition, operational leadership, lean management and financial management.

Prior to joining Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Ling Lee was the Chief Executive Officer at Pantai Hospital Ampang and the Head of Strategy and Special Projects for IHH Healthcare Malaysia for 10 years, overseeing the organisation’s overall strategy and business development and instrumental in many greenfield and brownfield projects in the country.

Ling Lee was with Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and National University Hospital (NUH) Singapore before returning home to Malaysia. She loves sharing her healthcare experiences and she is a Visiting Lecturer at International Medical University (IMU). She takes on topic relating to healthcare strategy and healthcare operations.

Ling Lee has a Degree of Economics from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and is currently pursuing her Masters of Law from Taylor’s Law School.

Bryan Lin is a senior leader in healthcare management and currently the Chief Executive Officer of Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC), Malaysia. SJMC is an award-winning flagship hospital of the Ramsay Sime Darby Healthcare Group. With almost four decades of proven clinical outcomes, SJMC is one of the few Joint Commission International (JCI) and Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) accredited leading tertiary private hospitals in Malaysia.

Armed with a wealth of experience in finance, operations, and management of several private hospitals, Bryan is a visionary leader who continuously strives for operational, clinical, and service excellence. He believes that digital transformation and innovation are key enablers to drive the future of healthcare.

Bryan is also an approachable people-leader who takes a holistic approach to healthcare, with an emphasis on care for the whole person instead of just the disease. He is passionate about empowering community health beyond the hospital’s walls.

Under his tenure since early 2022, SJMC has been named a finalist in the prestigious Flagship Medical Tourism Hospital Programme 2022-2025 by Malaysian Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC), a first-of-its kind accelerator programme that aims to elevate Malaysia healthcare known globally.

SJMC is also the Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Award recipient for Best Hospital Company of the Year for 2 consecutive years and GlobalHealth Asia-Pacific Award recipient for Stand-Out Jury Hospital of the Year in Asia-Pacific 2022, amongst its acclaimed accolades.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management & Operations and a Master of Education in Healthcare Administration/Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, United States of America.

Anurag is a trained medical doctor and a Partner & Associate Director with BCG’s Healthcare practice.

He has led efforts with 25+ healthcare clients in SEA, South Asia and North America across providers, Biopharma and medtech. His work on strategic topics includes supporting PE funds on due diligence of HC assets and developing mid/ long term strategic plans, growth strategies and market access strategies. He also has deep experience in supporting provider and biopharma clients on revenue enhancement, pricing excellence, cost reduction, supply chain excellence, business turnaround and EBITDA improvement.

He is a member of the BCG’s global Healthcare Scientist network.

Dr. Lim Ren Jye earned his MBBS from International Medical University (IMU), Malaysia. After completing housemanship, hereceived the Malaysia Ministry of Health Scholarship andlater pursuedhis Masters in Integrated Medicine (Clinical-Herbal Oncology) at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SHUTCM), China. In 2009, SHUTCM awarded him theShanghai Municipal Scholarship inhonor ofhispassion towardsclinical practice and his academic accomplishments.In 2011, Dr. Lim served the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia in his position as Senior Assistant Director where he was actively involved in the development of suitable policies that work to promote T&CM in the country.In 2013, Dr. Lim was appointedas Head of the T&CM Unit at the National Cancer Institute (NCI). During his full time tenure at NCI, Dr. Lim continued to provide consultations at Kepala Batas Hospital, Penang (monthly basis) and Tung Shin Hospital, Kuala Lumpur (weekly basis). In 2018, he obtained his PhD in Chinese Medicine from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (NJUCM).Besides clinical works, Dr Lim is also holding position as visiting Aassociate Professor at China Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Lecturer at Malaysia International Medical University. He is also committed in giving public talks and volunteering at NGOs such as the Tzu Chi Foundation and various cancer support groups to instilawareness on cancer and good health care services. His passion has led him to his current reign as the Deputy Chairman of the Palliative Technical Committee in the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS), President of Malaysia SHUCTM Alumni Association,panel member with the Malaysia Qualifications Agency and a member of Malaysia Medical Council (MMC) and the Malaysia Chinese Medicine Association (MCMA).Dr. Lim is also enthusiastic about T&CM research wherehe has participated as principal investigator or co-investigator, consultant and external reviewer to various publications related to the use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer. His contributions to research have been acknowledged in Malaysian Health Technology Assessments, Science Citation Index (SCI) journals, handbooks and Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs).

Anastasia Miros is passionate about delivering value, transforming outcomes, and maximising impact for people, professionals and providers across the Asia Pacific healthcare and life sciences ecosystem.

She has over 20 years’ global and regional industry experience leading large-scale transformation and innovation across first-line and second-line roles, particularly in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, digital health and private healthcare

Anastasia’s technical areas of focus include digital innovation and ventures, data science and advanced analytics, as well as commercialisation.

Chris is a Partner at Pureland Venture, looking after value creation activities for post-investment scale-up of healthtech innovation companies.

In addition, Chris moreover serves in the KPMG Global Health Centre of Excellence and as a strategic advisor for policy dialogue at APACMed (with a particular focus in the digital health domain).

Chris holds additional healthcare ecosystem roles too ranging from public/private UHC design taskforces through to visiting lectureship at leading academic centres.

Chris is presently based in Singapore, having lived and worked around the globe; he is most passionate about bringing safe, effective, economically-viable medical innovations to those populations in need.
