David Boucher
David Boucher has worked in healthcare for over 40 years, the last two years as Chief of Service Excellence with Dubai-based Aster DM Healthcare. Prior to that David served as Chief Business Transformation Officer at Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. Between 2000 and 2017, he served as an executive of BlueCross of South Carolina. From 2012-2017, David served as President of UCI Medical Affiliates in Columbia, SC. In that capacity, he managed 80 retail medical care centers- treating over 740,000 patients in 2017. From 2006 through 2016, Mr. Boucher also served as President of Companion Global Healthcare, Inc. – the world’s only medical tourism facilitator owned by a major health insurer. Prior to 2000, David served as CEO at several hospitals in the U.S.
Mr. Boucher earned his BS degree from Slippery Rock University (PA) and a MPH from the University of South Carolina; he has been named a distinguished alumnus by both institutions.
David has been quoted in over 250 newspapers and journals including The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Economist, U.S. News & World Reports. He has been interviewed on NBC Nightly News and Fox Business News. He as delivered lectures on disruptive innovation in healthcare at Harvard Business School, Yale School of Management, and Harvard Medical School.
Dr Ethan Lim
Dr Ethan Lim has 20 years of medical experience in clinical sports medicine, cardiac rehabilitation, lifestyle intervention and prevention programmes. At Fullerton Health, he oversees the Network & Clinical Strategy for corporate and community health and wellbeing.
He obtained his medical degree from the National University of Singapore and his Clinical Exercise Physiologist certificaiton from the American College of Sports Medicine. He also received his Sports Medicine Certificate with the International Olympic Committee and his Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine from the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Singapore.
Dr Lim was previously Head of Clinical & Wellness at Cigna Singapore, responsible for clinical governance and wellness strategy for corporate health insurance clients. He was also previously Head of Governance, Analytics and Partnership in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), working on policies, data initiatives and strategic partnerships as well as improving insurance coverage and benefits that supported the wellbeing of all 40,000 staff and students in the NTU community. He is currently a Medical Advisor to the Muscular Dystrophy Association Singapore since 2015 and sits on the NTU Sports Advisory Committee.
Dr Pradeep Nair
Professor Dr Pradeep Nair is the Deputy President of the Malaysian Association of Private Colleges & Universities (MAPCU). Today, MAPCU stands as Malaysia’s most prestigious grouping of private colleges and universities, comprising of major and well-established private higher education institutions. Professor Pradeep is also the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Chief Academic Officer of Taylor’s University.
Dr. Aditya Nugraha, M. Biomed, C.M.C
Dr. Aditya Nugraha, M.Biomed, C.M.C is in his 10th year in Hospital Management Area (2013-2023). After becoming a Hospital Director at a private hospital in Central Java, he joined Columbia Asia Hospital as Medical Service Manager and led more than 100 doctors. Since 2018 he joined JCI-accredited Primaya Hospital Group (Formerly Awal Bros Hospital), which already operates 15 branches in Indonesia as one of the youngest Hospital Directors. At Primaya Hospital Group, he became a Hospital Director in Palangkaraya - Central Kalimantan, East Bekasi - West Java, and now in Semarang - Central Java. Born and raised in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, Dr. Aditya graduated as Medical Doctor from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta with Cumlaude before pursuing his master's degree as Master of Biomedical Science (Stem Cell) in Sultan Agung University, Semarang also with Cumlaude. He is also taking courses for C.M.C (Certified Mediator and Conciliator). Dr. Aditya focused on Healthcare management and Stem Cell development, as well as enjoying learning new technology and healthcare digitalization.
Dr. Ben Widaja
Dr Ben Widaja, MBChB (UK) is the CEO/President Director of Mandaya Hospital Group which manages two hospitals, Mandaya Royal Hospital Puri and Mandaya Hospital Karawang, and currently oversees the greenfield development of another hospital, Mandaya Royal Hospital Antasari, Jakarta.
Having a 10-year of experience in both clinical medicine and healthcare management, Dr Ben Widaja is experienced not only in hospital management at strategic and operational aspects but also in the investment and development of greenfield hospitals.
Dr. Charlene Liew
Dr Charlene Liew, FRCR, is Deputy Chief Medical Informatics Officer of Changi General Hospital. She is a Senior Consultant radiologist and Director of Cardiothoracic Imaging at the Department of Diagnostic Radiology, Changi General Hospital.
She underwent internship and residency training at Changi General Hospital, Singapore General Hospital, KK Women and Children’s Hospital, National Neuroscience Institute and the National Cancer Center from 2007-2014. After being conferred the Fellowship of the Royal college of Radiologists, United Kingdom in 2012, she continued her fellowship training in cardiothoracic radiology at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston and the Brigham and Women’s hospital, Boston and was a Harvard Medical School research fellow in cardiac MRI imaging. She has received several awards in education, innovation and research at the regional and international level.
She serves in several radiology leadership positions, including the College of Radiologists Singapore, Chapter Chair of Diagnostic Radiology, Chairman of radiology A.I., data science and imaging informatics subsection of the Singapore Radiological Society, the Asian Society of Cardiovascular Imaging EXCO and the Radiological Society of North America Educational Abstracts Informatics Subcommittee.
Her interests are in Artificial Intelligence applied to Healthcare, Explainable A.I., and the Future of Work.
Dr. Clive Tan
Dr. Clive Tan is a medical doctor and Public Health specialist with close to two decades of clinical and leadership experience in the healthcare sector. As Assistant Chief of Group Integrated Care (Population Health) in the National Healthcare Group, he is responsible for strategic planning for integrated care and population health efforts for the 1.5 million residents in the Central-North region of Singapore. His work in care integration incorporates value-based care, behavioral change incentives, payment models, healthcare quality and digitalization – with a strong emphasis on place-based care and relationship-based care. He holds a MBBS from Singapore and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Johns Hopkins University, along with certificates in Gerontology, Humanitarian Assistance and Health Informatics (AMIA). He is also an Senior Fellow in the Atlantic Institute and the Equity Initiative Programme, which works in South-East Asia to reduce health inequities. He is a Founding Member of the Precision Public Health Asia Society, and the organizing chairperson for the Precision Public Health Asia Conference to be held in Singapore in July 2023. He is an adjunct Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore’s School of Public Health where he teaches healthcare management, healthcare quality and digital health.

Dr. Gunnaphon Anamnart
Dr. Gunnaphon specializes in Family Medicine Profession, currently he works at Bangkok Hospital Rayong (BRH), member of BDMS, for 4 years. He has developed Predicting Center for mass NCD patients prediction and Academic Center to support the Center of Excellent (CoE) focusing on the area of trauma, cancer and occupational health. With his knowledge and capability, during Thailand pandemic he sucessfully operated "Telemedicine System" to monitor populous COVID-19 patients in hospitels, therefore, BRH nominated and later on appointed Dr. Gunnaphon as Chief of Wellness Center and Chief of Academic Center respectively.
Dr. Khoo Chow Huat
Dr. Khoo has 26 years of strategic, operational and investment management experience, including 18 years in healthcare; leading healthcare operations, healthcare investment, planning and development of facilities, service excellence and business development, spanning across Singapore, Malaysia and China.
As the Managing Director of Hospital & Healthcare Operations, Dr. Khoo leads the development, operations and coordination of existing hospitals as well as other healthcare facilities of Sunway Healthcare Group, ensuring a seamless network of integrated health services and programmes designed to meet the needs of patients, doctors, customers and employees.
Prior to that, Dr. Khoo was Chief Executive Officer, Healthcare of Perennial Holdings, where he was responsible for the healthcare business of the Group including both hospitals and eldercare services. Before Perennial Holdings, Dr Khoo was the General Manager of Raffles Hospital Chongqing under Raffles Medical Group, and prior to that, he was the Deputy Managing Director of Sunway Group Healthcare Services and Chief Executive Officer of Sunway Medical Centre from 2016 to 2018.
Dr. Khoo had also held various other positions including Group CEO of Orange Valley Healthcare, one of the largest eldercare operators in Singapore with six nursing homes and more than 1,000 beds, and CEO of Mount Alvernia Hospital and Assisi Hospice. He was also previously with the Singapore Administrative Service, and held various senior positions in the People’s Association, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Information and the Arts.
Dr. Khoo graduated from Cambridge University with a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Chemistry. Dr. Khoo is also a Chartered Management Accountant with Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA). He further obtained a Master of Business Administration jointly awarded by Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management) and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology before obtaining his Doctorate in Business Administration from Manchester Business School.
