Stella Ramette
Stella Ramette is Director, Customer Relations and Sales, South East Asia for InterSystems, a creative data technology provider dedicated to helping customers solve the most critical scalability, interoperability, and speed problems. Based in Singapore, Stella leads the company’s South East Asian operations, providing local resources to a growing customer base and ensuring that InterSystems is responsive to their needs.
Stella has over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare IT, diagnostics, medical imaging, and medical technology. She has held positions in management, sales, marketing, and product management for established multinational corporations including Philips, Atos Medical, and Qualcomm as well as start-up companies. For most of her career, Stella has been based in Sweden, with roles covering the Nordic territories. Prior to relocating to Singapore in the first half of 2021, she also worked on weekends as a volunteer COVID-19 Vaccination Nurse in Malmö.
Stella studied to become a Registered Nurse, specializing in operating theatre nursing, at Malmö University. She also holds a Master of Science and Business Administration from Lund University School of Economics and Management.
Stephen Sunderland
Stephen has 21 years of experience as a strategic advisor in Asia and Europe; he leads L.E.K.’s Healthcare and Life Science in SE Asia, based in Singapore.
He advises on organic growth investments as well as partnering and M&A situations, working with some of the largest and most complex multinational healthcare organizations in the world, publicly traded organizations and private equity investors, governments, industry advocacy bodies, and innovative startups.
His experience in healthcare spans international growth, business planning and opportunity evaluation, market access, as well as connected care and Healthcare IT.
Stephen joined L.E.K. in Europe and has supported L.E.K.’s growth in Asia since 2005. He holds a Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
