Pingtung Veterans General Hospital

With the approval of the Executive Yuan in August 2018, the hospital approved the new construction plan of Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital "Pingtung Dawu Branch” which will be restructured into Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital “Pingtung Branch” merged into the one institution with “Kaohsiung Veterans General Hospital Pingtung Branch” located in Neipu Township. On November 19th, 2021, President Su of the Executive Yuan instructed to change the name to “Pingtung Veterans General Hospital” to meet the medical demands for local people, and to develop into the (would-be) medical center.
