Suci Arumsari (born in Jakarta, July 25, 1986) is a startup entrepreneur in Indonesia and Co-Founder / President Director of Alodokter, the number one online health care
provider available in website and mobile application - enabling patients to look for trusted health information, consult online with doctors, booking doctor appointment, buy
medicine online and get health insurance.
In 2014, Suci founded Alodokter after having difficulty getting medically accurate health information about her spine injury. Starting from a website that provides trusted health information and articles from medical experts, Alodokter additionally builds mobile applications that provide other services to ensure Indonesians have easy affordable access to trusted health service. In 2019, Alodokter also launched Alomedika, a platform for doctors to update medical knowledge and take online exams to apply for a Medical Professional Credit Unit.
Surjeet Thakur
Surjeet Thakur is the Founder and CEO of Triotree Technologies, specializing in healthcare IT consulting and digital transformation. With over 23 years of experience, he also serves as the Chief Information Officer at Rajagiri Hospital, Kochi, and Shree Shankara Cancer Hospital, where he has led the successful implementation of advanced HIS–EHR systems and large-scale healthcare technology initiatives.
He focuses on healthcare IT strategy, HIS–EHR implementation, hospital digitization, and project management, helping healthcare institutions modernize infrastructure, enable secure connectivity, and adopt integrated digital systems. His expertise extends to emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Blockchain, and Cognitive Computing, driving innovation and improved patient care.
Surjeet holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from IIT Delhi and is passionate about leveraging technology, leadership, and innovation to transform the future of healthcare.

Susan Fanning has 25 years’ experience of commercial leadership in Healthcare and Financial Services in Europe, Asia and Africa. She was named in the Medika Life 2022 Top 30 Women Transforming Healthcare as an influential voice changing health for the better.
Susan has worked in start-ups as well as big corporates and is a passionate advocate for better collaboration and use of data, to make healthcare more inclusive, accessible and affordable.
Susan is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and has an MBA from INSEAD.
