Abhay Bangi

Abhay is an EY-Parthenon Partner in the Strategy and Transactions team at Ernst & Young Solutions LLP in Singapore. He is also EY Asean Life Sciences and Health Care Leader. Abhay primarily serves life sciences, health care, and private equity clients in Southeast Asia.

With wide-reaching experience, he focuses on advising clients on their transformation agenda; strategic planning efforts; overall portfolio strategy; and growth, market entry and acquisition strategies. He also advises clients on liquidity and working capital management, market attractiveness for new business ventures, initial public offering readiness, and post-merger integration and divestitures.

Prior to joining EY, Abhay worked with another professional services organization, leading its strategy and operations team for Southeast Asia.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from St. Stephen’s College of Commerce and an MBA from National University of Singapore.

Agustin Gunawan

Agustine, SE, MBA 

Graduated from Tarumanagara University majoring in Finance and Monash University , Australia majoring in Master of Business Administration, her career journey started as auditor in Accounting Firm. Further she embarked her career into management level in Finance as Corporate Treasurer AT&T , MNC Telecommunication company. She enhanced further study in Australia, Monash University Business School, held major degree in Business Administration and embarked new role in Supply Chain & Marketing for Roche Diagnostics and continue held most management functions in diversed industry for 20 years above in Business Development, Sales Marketing , PR and Corp Communication.

Alan Ong

Dr. Alan Ong is a Principal in BCG’s Health Care practice in South East Asia. He has a diverse range of experiences, having previously worked as a clinician, a health policymaker in the Ministry of Health, Singapore, and as a medical director in AIA. His core interests are digital health, health care financing and preventive care.

Alex Boulton

Alex Boulton is a partner in our Private Equity and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices, based in our Singapore office.

He leads our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice for Southeast Asia and, since joining Bain in 2010, Alex has led numerous strategy and transformation programs with healthcare companies across the region and value chain; covering payers, providers, pharma, MedTech and digital health. In addition, he leads the Healthcare sector for our APAC private equity practice, supporting healthcare commercial due-diligence, portfolio, and fund strategy engagements.

He holds a BSc in Economics, with First-Class Honours, from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

She has over 20 years’ global and regional industry experience leading large-scale transformation and innovation across first-line and second-line roles, particularly in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, digital health and private healthcare

Anastasia’s technical areas of focus include digital innovation and ventures, data science and advanced analytics, as well as commercialisation.

Andrew Wong

Andrew joined Prudential Corporation Asia as Chief Health Officer in January 2018. Andrew has over 30 years of international experience in executive management positions across Asia, Australia, Middle East and Europe in the insurance and healthcare industry. Prior to joining PCA, Andrew was the CEO, Asia Pacific of Munich Health from 2014 to 2017, based in Singapore. Prior to that, Andrew held a number of senior executive positions within Bupa in Asia and the UK. The latest position he had with Bupa was the CEO of Bupa Thailand from 2008 to 2014. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and he holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Anurag is a trained medical doctor and a Partner & Associate Director with BCG’s Healthcare practice.

He has led efforts with 25+ healthcare clients in SEA, South Asia and North America across providers, Biopharma and medtech. His work on strategic topics includes supporting PE funds on due diligence of HC assets and developing mid/ long term strategic plans, growth strategies and market access strategies. He also has deep experience in supporting provider and biopharma clients on revenue enhancement, pricing excellence, cost reduction, supply chain excellence, business turnaround and EBITDA improvement.

He is a member of the BCG’s global Healthcare Scientist network.

Arathi Sasidharan

Arathi Sasidharan is a Partner in Bain’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practice and is based in Singapore.

Arathi has over 12 years of management consulting experience across Southeast Asia, India and the United States, advising global and APAC pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients, as well as healthcare investors. She brings deep expertise in growth strategy, sales & marketing, and commercial due diligence, and her life sciences experience spans innovator and generic brands.

Prior to joining Bain, Arathi worked at other global consulting firms.

Arathi received an MBA with Honours from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B Tech in Electrical Engineering (Institute Medalist) from National Institute of Technology Trichy, India.

He aims to transform healthcare industry into more patient-focused service and innovation driven service. Ardantya is part of Persada Hospital family shareholder and now initiating Malang HealthTourism Agency as part to promote health tourism industry in Indonesia.

He was graduated from Economics Faculty of Brawijaya University, Indonesia in 1999 majoring Marketing Management.
