Previously serving as Vice President of Medical Affairs & Quality at IHH Healthcare Malaysia, Dr. Shuba played a key role in strengthening clinical governance and steering resilience strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, as CEO of Prince Court, she is driving international partnerships, digital health initiatives, and premier patient services, ensuring the hospital remains a leading force in global healthcare.

He earned his Medical Doctor degree in Taiwan and later completed a Master of Science in Clinical Service Operations at Harvard Medical School. With 20 years of experience in both management and clinical practice across various hospitals, both locally and abroad, Dr. Seow brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He currently oversees operations at Sunway Medical Centre in Sunway City, the largest private quaternary hospital in Malaysia.

Navjeewan (Nav) Khosla joined Novo Holdings Asia in August 2021. As a Partner, he focuses on dealsourcing and execution as well as managing and developing the growing portfolio of investments, primarily in China, India, and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Novo Holdings Asia, Nav was a Director in Quadria Capital, a mid-market private equity firm focusing on healthcare investments in India and Southeast Asia. Before joining Quadria Capital, he was the Managing Director at Fosun, where he worked on both private and public healthcare investment opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region. Nav started his investment career with Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong and moved to UBS Global Asset Management in Singapore before joining Fosun.
Nav holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, in India and Bachelor of Technology from Indian institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur in India.

Prior to joining Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Ling Lee was the Chief Executive Officer at Pantai Hospital Ampang and the Head of Strategy and Special Projects for IHH Healthcare Malaysia for 10 years, overseeing the organisation’s overall strategy and business development and instrumental in many greenfield and brownfield projects in the country.
Ling Lee was with Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and National University Hospital (NUH) Singapore before returning home to Malaysia. She loves sharing her healthcare experiences and she is a Visiting Lecturer at International Medical University (IMU). She takes on topic relating to healthcare strategy and healthcare operations.
Ling Lee has a Degree of Economics from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and is currently pursuing her Masters of Law from Taylor’s Law School.

Before joining ECRI in 2015, Eric served as Chief Operating Officer of a private hospital specializing in sports injuries and stem cell technology. His career highlights include improving hospital operational workflows, introducing new technologies to the Asian healthcare market, and driving evidence-based approaches to technology adoption.
Eric is a strong advocate for managing patient safety risks through a systems approach that integrates people, processes, and technology. He frequently consults and presents on Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), policy implementation, and patient safety to healthcare authorities, regulators, and organizations across Asia Pacific.
